ABOUT ME

"Reality is magic, magic is reality"

I consider myself a Jack of Trades, with a specialty towards the creative work and talents. I have always been fascinated by movies and theatre, and I have been acting in a few amateurs theatre pieces as well as working as a light technician for quite a few others. I love everything that involves acting, creating, and directing, and that is how I got involved with storytelling and animation in the first place. 

It did not hurt to be an educated teacher in Steiner Pedagogy either. You might know the pedagogy by a different name, Waldorf. In this school form, skills in storytelling are everything, and all knowledge (even math) is often wrapped inside wonderful stories, to give context to the subject.

School play at my School which I have not directed myself, I have often filmed when not being the operator of light. Another hobby of mine, so I do have some experience in lighting as well.

In 2017, I published my first Children's Book. A story featuring a little pond dreaming of traveling to the sea, as it feels alone in the midst of the forest. You can read more about it in my projects section.

Writing stories has been one of my lifelong passions, and also one of the reasons I got into animation, as I wanted to learn more about the craft and even how I could transfer my book and all future books from the written paper to the screen. As these are two very different arts, I decided to go for a University Degree in the subject. To learn more than what you can do from simple YouTube tutorials.

Being creative and creating is something I love, be it in making a character come to life on the screen, capturing the magical moments of an event, bringing life to a character on stage, or even a hand-puppet. That also includes telling a story in the written words. However, without further due, I leave you to my biography page to explore further when it comes to education, experiences, and knowledge.

The last 2-3 years also inlcuded delivering parcels.

Working hours was from 1am to 8am, in periods I also delivered Afternoon Paper for Aftenposten with working hours 12am to 5pm, as a substitute.
